These are candid photos I'm shooting for an assignment called a sense of place. Taken at Bistro Calais, the best staff in the whole world. That place could win at the restaurant olympics. From the bottle to your table, no restaurant in Houston can compete. They practically greet you with a glass of wine and a warm environment. These are the folks that eat and work there.
